How do we stay engaged with the world without burning out or shutting down? This session explores resilience not as individual endurance, but as our capacity to feel, connect, and remain present—together.
We'll examine our relationship with "staying informed" and get curious about our habits around consuming news and information. What patterns do we notice? Who does our engagement serve? What's the ratio between screen-oriented connection and actual connection with people, the land, and other beings?
