How do we stay engaged with the world without burning out or shutting down? This session explores resilience not as individual endurance, but as our capacity to feel, connect, and remain present—together.

We'll examine our relationship with "staying informed" and get curious about our habits around consuming news and information. What patterns do we notice? Who does our engagement serve? What's the ratio between screen-oriented connection and actual connection with people, the land, and other beings?

You'll leave with:

  • Greater awareness of your engagement patterns and their impact
  • Experience of feeling and expressing in a supportive community
  • Connections to other people doing this work alongside you

This is an in-person gathering for our San Francisco Bay Area community. You will receive details about location and what to bring by automatic email when you register. The series will be led by Mari Amend and Janet Carter.
