Chinese UNtraining Alumni Event - May 14

This gathering and workshop is available to all Chinese people who have completed Chinese UNtraining Phase 1.

Join us as we come together and let down our guard – to share, to be seen, to witness; and likely feel resonance as Chinese UNtraining alumni. When we come together in this way, we can acknowledge all our Chinese parts. We can appreciate the multi-dimensionality of what it means to be Chinese in these times. This can be like walking through a doorway to our wholeness. We can connect to the depth and complexity of Chinese culture, lineage, and ancestors and how that impacts how we show up in the world.

We can also uncover internalized oppression. We can actually make friends with it, appreciate it and come to love all of who we are. Energy can radiate and enliven our wholeness. We can have confidence in who we authentically are.

On zoom we will have time for small group connections as well as whole group time for fish bowl discussions on topics to be determined by the group. We’ll have time to use our UNtraining tools including multi-d practice and tracking our experience throughout our time together.
