This group is available to people who have completed Phase 1 and been invited to participate in Phase 2.

In Phase 2, we’re working on deeper social conditioning, the emotional parts that are more embodied and defended.  In Phase 2, we ask:

    • What do you allow yourself to feel and express?
    • How does this affect how you relate to yourself and others?
    • How does our relationship to our emotions as white people support the structure of white supremacy?
    • How can we expand our capacity to engage more fully with ourselves and others around what we really care about?

When we become aware of how we've been conditioned to suppress and regulate levels of intensity in our bodies, we gain access to more choices of how to behave with each other. This awareness and sense of choice helps us to manifest what we care about in our lives and to work together more creatively and effectively across difference. In Phase 2 we introduce new tools and practices to engage with this deeper level of the training.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS SEP 15

Attention White Parents, Partners, & Family Members of BIPOC Loved Ones!

Are you a white parent of children of color - or a white partner or family member of BIPOC loved ones? Are you seeking to deepen your awareness of how white conditioning shapes your relationships, your caregiving, and the ways you support the BIPOC people in your life?

Caring for BIPOC children and family members means developing the awareness and resilience to navigate a political landscape where BIPOC communities are increasingly targeted and marginalized. This is not abstract—it affects the daily experiences, opportunities, and emotional lives of the people we love. For white parents, partners, and family members, doing our internal work allows us to show up with greater presence, protection, and responsibility in our relationships and in our communities.
